As a Consulting Accounting Associate for vcfo you will:

Responsible for aspects of month-end close and year-end reporting; by executing account reconciliations journal entries intercompany transactions and accruals
ProcessAccountsPayableandAccountsReceivable
Maintenanceandcomplianceoffinancialpoliciesandprocedures
Supportandcoordinationforannualaudit
Recommendenhancementstoanalysistechniquesandanalyticalprocessesandcontrols
Provide tactical support for funding activities (due diligence documentation review data mining for valuation support)
Processpayroll

Requirements:

BachelorsdegreerequiredAccountingorfinancedegreepreferred
5-7yearsAPARandpayrollexperience
Previous experience as a Sr. Accountant Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller required
KnowledgeofGAAPaccounting
Experienceinprocessinghighvolumeinvoices
Demonstrated competence in billing general ledger software Excel spreadsheets and overall general knowledge of system databases and master files
AccrualAccountingFixedAssetsandInventory
QuickBooksSageIntacctorNetSuiteexperiencerequired
AdvancedMicrosoftExcelexperience:exposuretopivottablesandVLOOKUPs
