Compensation and Benefits

Competitive pay ranging from $18$20 per hour based on experience; weekly pay every Friday; flexible scheduling that allows you to build a schedule that works for your life; paid time off and sick time for caregivers working 25 hours per week; health dental and vision insurance for caregivers working 30 hours per week; mileage reimbursement; paid training including CEUs through Relias; one-on-one client care; supplemental insurance options including accident short-term disability and term life; employee referral bonuses; no mandated weekends.

What Youll Be Doing

Provide companionship and emotional support; assist with personal care including bathing and dressing; help with light housekeeping and meal preparation; support safe mobility and transfers; run errands and grocery shopping for clients.

Who Were Looking For

Must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or equivalent; reliable transportation; ability to pass a New Jersey criminal background check; CHHA preferred or willingness to obtain if applicable; prior home care or caregiving experience preferred but not required; kind dependable and willing to learn.
