Your mission
We are looking for an Radio Frequency Systems Engineer to lead the development and integration of radio-frequency systems across our UAV and autonomous platforms. You will be responsible for designing reliable communications links selecting and integrating RF hardware and ensuring the system performs in real operational environments.
Responsibilities
Design and integrate RF systems including datalinks telemetry and antennas
Develop RF link budgets and ensure system performance across required ranges and operating environments
Collaborate with avionics software and mechanical teams to integrate RF hardware into the airframe
Set up conduct and support RF testing troubleshooting and system-level validation
Produce clear and structured technical documentation for system design testing and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in RF Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field
6 years of experience win similar roles
Hands-on experience with RF communication systems and antenna integration
Proficiency using standard RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers VNAs signal generators)
Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on hardware-focused mindset
Experience or working knowledge of modern datalinks and waveforms
