Provides administrative support in service organization including call tracking documentation creation and office automation assistance.
May routinely provide support to remote team members.
Responds to customer inquiries acts as liaison with service centers and product divisions and other internal entities.
Responsible for Bench Repair equipment logistics documentation and communication to broker service centers and customers.
Required student of second or third year of bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistic or International Commerce at an accredited university with more than 2 years to end graduation.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 package applications.
Excellent communication with fluency in both Portuguese and English languages.
Proactive teamwork organized and commitment completes the position profile.
