ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Sales Director you will lead a team of senior sales professionals and/or sales managers driving strategic planning and execution to maximize sales and profitability. This role involves developing and implementing both strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans prioritizing opportunities to expand market share and delivering actionable market insights. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales within a specific geographic area and/or product lines while identifying customer needs generating leads and crafting competitive strategies to drive business success.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $147300.00 - $250900.00. Typically a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $185000.00 to $210000.00. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge skills experience and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.Benefits Statement:
