Role Summary:
As our Retail Manager you will be the heart of our Bonnyrigg store overseeing day-to-day operations inspiring your team and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in driving sales maintaining retail excellence and representing a trusted and loved brand in the community.
What Youll Do:
- Lead motivate and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily store operations ensuring compliance with health safety and industry standards
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to keep products available for customers
- Implement promotional campaigns to drive store traffic and sales
- Conduct staff training to enhance product knowledge customer service and team performance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain the highest satisfaction levels
- Prepare and analyse sales reports to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and delivers the signature Priceline experience
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further study in business or retail management is a plus
- Experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but your passion and leadership matter most
- Strong communication leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- A genuine passion for the pharmacy industry and commitment to putting people first
