About this role:
Wells Fargo seeks a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Food Beverage and Agribusiness Division.
The Food Beverage and Agribusiness division is a dedicated sector that provides tailored financing solutions to clients operating in food and beverage production manufacturing distribution and Agribusiness-related industries.
This division is part of Wells FargosCommercial Bankings Specialized Industries business which serves companies with annual sales ranging from $100 million to $2 billion and operates in sectors requiring deep industry expertise and regulatory understanding.
In this role you will:
Lead Strategic Direction: Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Food Beverage and Agribusiness Division ensuring alignment with Commercial Bankings Specialized Industries goals and market positioning.
Required Qualifications:
8 years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
4 years of management experience
FINRA Licenses: SIE 63 79 24

US only: Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this addition state registration specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA review process at the time of offer acceptance. Obtaining FINRA Series 63 79 and 24 licenses or equivalent must be completed within 180-days of date of hire if not immediately available to transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted. Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory. Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process. For specific FINRA qualification exams obtained after 9/30/2018 the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam co-requisite may also be required. This role requires a FINRA supervisory license and may require working in the assigned office location for at least one year from the hire date. Any supervisory role employee holding a FINRA supervisory license who has answered affirmatively to certain Form U4 Section 14 regulatory questions/disclosures will be ineligible to work from a location other than their assigned office location. This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to compliance with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws Article III Section 3 which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance skills experience or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
