Were hiring a student UX Research Assistant to create and run a research program that facilitates weekly interviews with students and staff.

Pay: $14/hour up to 20 hours/week (between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.)

Responsibilities
Apply core principles from Continuous Discovery Habits to create a sustainable repeatable research program
Recruit and interview students and staff (remote and occasional in-person)
Observe product usage and identify usability issues
Synthesize findings into clear insights and improvement ideas
Document the research approach and create handoff materials
Requirements
Current student at BYU BYU-Idaho BYU-Pathway or Ensign College
Strong written and spoken English
Organized reliable and able to work independently
Interest in UX product design or information systems
Comfortable with Zoom/Teams and basic docs/spreadsheets
Nice to have
Experience with interviews or usability testing
Coursework in UX HCI information systems communications or related fields
