Purpose of the role:

Currently we are looking for a P2P Process Expert to support P2P Operations for Haleon business from the Kyiv Office. This role will require knowledge and understanding of E2E as well as significant hands-on experience in operational Accounts Payable related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing Compliance oversight to the Accounts Payable activities at Haleon Operations Centers
Ensuring that transaction processing is done to the right quality standard first time
Providing specific oversight for a select number of key vendors to ensure P2P performance and any escalations have a focused oversight and fast intervention
Handling of queries from external and internal stakeholders via a dedicated case management tool
Providing support to the local business entities and vendors with ad hoc issues and urgent requests
Raising routing and managing invoice exceptions with shoppers and approvers
Monitoring the payables vendor account reconciliation
Maintaining process documents
Ensuring effective communication flow between teams
Recommending solutions and process improvement ideas
Preparing ad hoc reports and analyses.
Requirements:
University Degree in Finance Accounting Business or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable area
Very good analytical skills
Previous experience with SAP would be a plus
Expertise of working in a control/ SOX environment is nice to have
Ability to identify and resolve problems proactively and collaboratively
Very good communication skills and ability to interact with users (vendors) remotely
FMCG industry and Shared Services environment experience would be a bonus
Fluent Ukrainian upper-intermediate English.
