Job Summary
Job Title : TOC - Automation
Experience : 4-5 Years
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver automation solutions aligned with TOC operational goals

Reduce manual effort through automation and process improvements

Align frameworks with enterprise automation standards

Perform gap analysis and define infrastructure requirements

Integrate solutions with observability and monitoring systems

Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams
-
Improve production support efficiency through automation

Maintain documentation and implementation standards
Requisites
-
Strong understanding of automation principles
-
Knowledge of CI/CD & DevOps tools (Jenkins Ansible Git)
-
Familiarity with cloud and on-prem automation practices
-
Experience with infrastructure tools and APIs
-
Understanding of SLI/SLO service metrics
-
Exposure to Terraform Kubernetes containers (preferred)
-
Knowledge of OS and infrastructure fundamentals
-
Awareness of escalation/notification frameworks
-
ServiceNow integration knowledge
