Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide support and care to clients in Livonia MI. This role involves assisting individuals with their daily living activities to promote independence comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene grooming and dressing
- Help with mobility and transfers as needed
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping and errands
- Monitor clients health and report any changes to supervisors
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow individualized care plans and instructions
Requirements
- Compassionate patient and reliable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
