Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Saw Operator/Ring Bender to join a great company in Sapulpa. The Saw Operator/Ring Bender is responsible for operating and maintaining metal saw equipment operating forklifts and cranes and supporting production needs. This Saw Operator/Ring Bender role requires strong mechanical ability and attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a metal saw operator in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
Experience with heat exchanger tubes is a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Willingness to work in a fast-paced physically demanding environment
Ability to work well with a team and take direction from supervisors

Key Responsibilities

The Saw Operator/Ring Bender role includes the following duties:

Operate and maintain metal saw equipment for safe and efficient production
Accurately cut metal tubes to specified lengths and diameters
Inspect metal tubes for defects and quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work environment
Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production
Assist in other production areas as needed

Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with various noise levels
