Stock Controller Jimmy Choo The Store Stock Controller will be responsible for supporting all aspects relating to stock control within the boutique. Main responsibilities include:
Organizing stock on shelves and maintaining a clean and neat stockroom
Transferring or removing if necessary boxes from stockroom to stockroom
Receiving deliveries and ensuring that the stock delivered matches supporting documentation and reporting discrepancies to Store Manager
Maintain effective stockroom controls to ensure continued stock supply and ensure stock record accuracy
Take a proactive role in ensuring that the quality of your own work conforms to any standards defined by the company
Managing In and Out stock transfers
Supporting Store Stock Controller with the weekly reconciliation of unverified transfers and negatives reports sent by Head Office
Performing cycle counts Supporting faulty stock process Communicating any stock issues to Store Manager and proactively help to find solutions
Required to participate in stocktakes
Required to participate in store events
Develop relationships and communicate effectively with wider store team
Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
Working effectively within a team
Computer literacy especially Excel.
