At our Grande Prairie TCRS location you will play a pivotal part of a small close-knit team working on a diverse range of Caterpillar and other branded products. Location: Grande Prairie TCRS facility
Shift: 7x7 (Monday-Sunday) 12 hour days

Job Description:
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing Caterpillar equipment along with other mechanical equipment
- Assist with a variety of shop repairs and diagnostics as required
- Utilize Caterpillar SIS and ET daily
- Complete technical documentation (service reports warranty crossover notes)
- Interact with customers sales support and the rest of the Finning team
- Work with the Service Supervisor and Leadhand on various tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Interprovincial Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) Certification
- 3rd and 4th year HET apprentices may be considered based on skills
- Safety conscious team player with excellent organizational interpersonal and communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Drivers license and drivers abstract required
Note:
- This position is based out of our Grande Prairie TCRS facility on a 7x7 schedule
- This is NOT a FIFO role
- A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator
