• Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback.
• Assist in developing social media campaigns to promote events and programs.
• Analyze social media metrics to track engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with the management team to brainstorm new content ideas.
• Research industry trends to keep our content relevant and fresh.
• Help manage our online community and foster positive interactions.
• Increase online customer reviews
• Support the overall marketing efforts by participating in team meetings.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook Instagram and TikTok.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Spark) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Previous internship or volunteer experience in marketing is a plus.
