Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Opex Lead to manage and optimize the operations of our RPA ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring the day-to-day stability governance and performance of automated processes in production. The ideal candidate will bring deep operational expertise strong leadership and a proactive mindset to drive excellence in RPA service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead nearshore operations for RPA ensuring seamless execution of automated processes.
- Oversee governance frameworks SLA adherence and compliance across production bots.
- Monitor bot performance manage incident resolution and drive root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development platform and business teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Define and implement continuous improvement strategies for automation stability and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for operational metrics and governance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for RPA production support and stakeholder communication.
- 10 years of experience in IT operations with at least 35 years in RPA environments.
- Proven experience managing production support and governance for RPA platforms (preferably Blue Prism).
- Strong understanding of incident management change control and SLA tracking.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and operational frameworks.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-vendor and cross-functional environment.
Preferred
- Experience in telecom media or technology sectors.
- Exposure to monitoring tools ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) and reporting dashboards.
- Knowledge of complementary automation tools and orchestration platforms.
