Location: The Learning Experience Byron Center MI
Pay: $60000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Oversee all daily preschool and childcare center operations
- Maintain full compliance with Michigan childcare licensing and health regulations
- Lead coach and support teaching staff to ensure consistent program quality
- Support implementation of The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Manage staffing scheduling payroll support and budget performance
- Drive enrollment through tours family engagement and community outreach
- Build strong relationships with families staff and the local community
- Ensure a safe nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of preschool or childcare center management experience
- Must meet Michigan Director Qualification Requirements
- Strong knowledge of licensing operations and early childhood best practices
- Excellent leadership organization and communication skills
