Specialty Medical Staffing is seeking a RN for an exciting critical illness recovery opportunity in the Memphis TN area. This role offers both day and night shift availability and qualified candidates will be considered quickly.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care including ventilator support critical drips and wound care
- Perform and monitor ongoing patient evaluations and treatments
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in EPIC
- Communicate changes in patient condition and coordinate care with providers and support staff
- Assist with discharge planning and patient/family education
- Support a safe efficient and team-oriented clinical environment
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license
- Recent acute care experience required (ICU LTACH Step-Down ED or Trauma)
- Experience with ventilators critical drips and wound care preferred
- Experience with EPIC strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting
