DESCRIÇÃO DETALHADA / RESPONSABILIDADES

• Realizar contas a pagar de todas as unidades recebendo administrando e analisando os documentos enviados pelas filiais incluindo os pagamentos nos bancos e conferindo as liberações realizadas pelos gestores para assegurar o pagamento dos débitos dentro do prazo de vencimento;
• Realizar contas a receber de todas as unidades recebendo administrando e analisando os documentos efetuando as baixas manuais e eletrônicas;
• Efetuar cobranças diárias junto aos clientes com suporte da área de vendas se necessário;
• Realizar conciliação bancária diária;
• Negociar com fornecedores assuntos relacionados a pagamentos realizando adiantamentos prorrogações de prazos atendendo-os para sanar dúvidas abrindo notas de créditos e débitos a fornecedores para assegurar que as devoluções dos valores pagos referentes a produtos devolvidos aos fornecedores evitar pagamentos em duplicidade e o atendimento as solicitações dos fornecedores;
• Conciliar as contas a pagar e receber lançando ajustando e efetuando reclassificações contábeis a fim de assegurar os registros contábeis corretos;
• Atender auditorias internas (SOX) e externas preparando as documentações e explicando possíveis dúvidas surgidas para assegurar o seguimento das políticas e processos da empresa por parte do departamento financeiro;
• Suporte a equipe;
