About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Strategy Manager to define and lead the strategic marketing vision for Fevers largest and fastest-growing markets: US Canada and LATAM. You will shape how our premium experiences both Fever Originals and major global IP collaborations reach millions of consumers. This role requires a leader who combines strategic depth operational excellence and strong team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the end-to-end marketing strategy for the US market driving demand visibility and long-term growth across a broad portfolio of high-impact experiences.
- Lead multi-channel digital strategy across Meta (primary) Google TikTok and emerging platforms ensuring consistent performance and scalable growth.
- Build lead and inspire high-performing teams including performance marketing profiles creatives and cross-functional project leads.
- Work cross-functionally with the Business Strategy team to define strategies that maximize regional growth.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Creative Design Media CRM Content and Product to ensure a unified and high-impact marketing approach.
- Lead meetings with strategic partners and internal teams involved in key projects ensuring alignment progress and successful execution.
- Oversee and optimize large-scale marketing budgets ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI across channels and verticals.
- Own strategic planning and forecasting supporting revenue growth and market penetration goals.
- Leverage advanced data insights to guide decision-making uncover opportunities and continuously refine marketing models.
- Represent the marketing strategy at leadership level collaborating closely with regional and global executives.
- Champion innovation testing new formats platforms and growth opportunities to keep Fever at the forefront of digital entertainment marketing.
About You
- 10 years of experience in digital and growth marketing with deep expertise in Meta and proven performance across Google TikTok and other digital ecosystems.
- Strong background in leading senior teams influencing cross-functional stakeholders and operating within complex fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated success designing and executing large-scale marketing strategies with direct business impact.
- Highly analytical with strong command of performance metrics forecasting and P&L-oriented decision-making.
- Executive communication skills and the ability to lead meetings with partners and internal teams effectively.
- Native/bilingual English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Solid academic background in business or a related discipline.
- Experience in entertainment experiential marketing media or consumer tech preferred.
