Key Responsibilities
- Create advanced Excel workbooks including pivot tables complex formulas data models and automated reporting tools based on management requests.
- Build high-quality executive presentations in PowerPoint transforming data and business information into compelling easytounderstand visuals and narratives.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide clear actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects ensuring timelines deliverables and expectations are met across multiple stakeholders.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements understand reporting needs and ensure outputs support business goals.
- Document processes reporting standards and project updates to ensure consistency transparency and repeatability.
- Optimize workflows and data processes to improve efficiency accuracy and usability of dashboards and reports.
Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced Excel expertise (pivot tables advanced formulas data manipulation data validation and complex workbook creation)
- Proficient in Power BI including data modeling creating visuals and publishing reports
- Strong PowerPoint skills especially in crafting executivelevel presentations
- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadline
Education
- Minimum: 2-year associate degree
- Preferred: 4-year bachelors degree in business communication data analytics or related field

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
