Position Type: This position is a TEMPORARY 8 WEEK PROJECT
Requirements:
OSHA-10 certification required before start date
Candidates must understand the working construction environment

Pay Rate:$18.00/hour
Shifts: Monday-Friday and Saturdays based on client needs 7:00 AM 4:00 PM

Please note: This position operates in an active construction environment that can be noisy dusty muddy and subject to varying weather conditions. Air conditioning may be limited or unavailable in many work areas and restroom facilities are limited to on-site portable units. Candidates should be prepared to work in these conditions without requiring additional are looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety across active construction zones. This role ensures that debris dust and hazardous materials are properly removed to support a safe and efficient work environment. Duties include cleaning floors surfaces restrooms and equipment as well as assisting with seasonal tasks and minor maintenance reporting.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain construction site facilities including trailers restrooms and common areas
Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to surfaces and fixtures
Notify supervisor of needed repairs or safety concerns
Maintain effective communication with site personnel supervisors and team members
Comply with all safety security compliance and quality standards set by the company and regulatory authorities
Dust and clean furniture fixtures walls ceilings and equipment
Move boxes crates and equipment to access cleaning areas manually or with hand trucks
Clean windows glass partitions and mirrors using appropriate tools and solutions
Wash and replace blinds as needed
Gather and dispose of construction debris and trash
Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walkways raking leaves cutting grass or removing snow
Clean and sanitize restrooms and food service areas

Qualifications

Required:
Must be 18 years of age or older
No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
No high school diploma GED or college degree required

Preferred:
1 year of similar work experience in janitorial or construction environments
Customer service experience
