Mortgage Administrator Home Working 100% Part Time

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Part Time highly experienced Mortgage Administrator to join an Appointed Representative partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Networks Mortgage Advisory operation.

Our highly valued AR partner is a small but super busy and successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business.

The firm consists of just one man - Ed. Ed is the business owner and sole Mortgage and Protection Advisor. Ed transacts 20 new mortgages monthly with a high average loan size..

We are looking for a Part Time (20 hours over 5 days) highly experienced Mortgage Administrator.

We are specifically looking for a minimum of 2 years experience of Mortgage Administration within a Mortgage Brokerage.

Strong base salary of between 28000 - 30000 FTE (Full Time Equivalent) DOE

The role is Part Time only and is Monday to Friday (no weekends)

Flexibility of hours at busy times is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
• Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
• Dealing with incoming calls and emails
• Data entry of mortgage & protection applications

Skills & Experience Required:

• A minimum of 2 years mortgage administration experience within broking.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels both written and oral.
• Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
• A team player with ability to use own initiative.
