Workivas Product Marketing team leads the go-to-market strategy for Workivas premier cloud-based financial and regulatory reporting platform tailored for companies across the globe. As the Product Marketing Director - EMEA Market Strategy you will define and execute the regional strategy that drives sustainable growth across EMEA. You will shape go-to-market priorities guide investment decisions and partner with senior leadership to accelerate revenue. This role requires a bold leader with deep B2B SaaS expertise to influence stakeholders across diverse global markets.
What Youll Do
Develop the broader EMEA market growth strategy including country prioritization and segment focus
Support global product marketing teams on platform and solution GTM strategies
Partner with EMEA leadership on annual and multi-year strategic planning
Identify new market opportunities and whitespace expansion plays across the region
Define and track strategic metrics including market penetration and revenue growth
Collaborate with sales leadership to shape territory strategy and coverage models
Align regional GTM plans and messaging with local market needs
Provide regional insights to support pricing and monetization decisions
Act as a strategic advisor to regional leadership on investment tradeoffs
Translate competitive and market intelligence into actionable recommendations for product teams
Monitor macroeconomic and regulatory trends affecting SaaS adoption in EMEA
Provide market input on product roadmaps and regional requirements
Partner with finance on forecasting and ROI analysis for long term planning
Drive alignment and decision-making at the executive level across global teams
Own the cross-functional process for sizing regional markets and defining entry strategies
Build robust models to inform capital allocation and portfolio decisions
Evaluate data quality to support segmentation and sales targeting
Coach regional strategy leaders to tailor global GTM strategies to local realities
What Youll Need
Minimum Qualifications
10 years of experience in market strategy product marketing or business strategy
Experience in B2B SaaS or technology organisations
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record influencing senior executives in matrixed organisations
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Experience working across diverse EMEA markets and regulatory environments
Experience with financial services sustainability or audit enterprise SaaS verticals
Experience partnering with product sales and customer success teams
Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools and SaaS metrics dashboards
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Travel Requirement & Working Conditions
