Introduction
We areseekinga highly motivated researchprofessional to join our Hong Kong Research this role you will help shape market understanding by contributing tohighqualityanalysis and thought leadership across Hong Kongs real estate landscape. Working closely with senior leadership you will play an integral part in strengthening our market intelligence and supporting the firms strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse market trends government policies and sector-specific data toidentifyrisks opportunities and emerging themes.
Manage andmaintaininternal databases ensuring accuracy through rigorous validation and quality control.
Develop and enhance dashboards data models and data visualisations.
Produce research publications presentations and market updates to strengthen JLLs media profile and client engagement.
Collaborate with regional teams to support APAC and global research deliverables.
Handle bespoke research enquiries from internal teams media and clients with professionalism andtimelyexecution.
Participate in client pitches briefings media interviews and press events as.
Support consultancy assignments including feasibility studies market assessments and strategic analyses.
Depending on role level responsibilities may also include leading projects mentoring team members and driving improvements in researchcontent quality and thought leadership output.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or above in Real Estate Economics Urban Studies Statistics Finance or a related discipline.
35 years of experience in research or consulting preferably within real estate or economics. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Senior Analyst role.
Strong analytical numerical and problemsolving skills witha high levelof accuracy and attention to detail.
Wellorganised detailoriented and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
Proactive curious and able to manage multiple tasks witha strong senseof ownership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) with the ability to clearly articulate insights.
Proficiencyin MS Word Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
Experience with data visualisation tools and AI applications relevant to real estate research is an advantage.
