We are seeking a hands-on Production and Warehouse Assistant to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical technical work takes pride in quality and thrives in a team environment.

About the Role

You will play a key-role in assembling our electro-mechanical products and sub assemblies ensuring they meet our high standards for quality safety and reliability. When required youll also support warehouse and despatch activities to keep materials flowing smoothly yhtough the business.

This is a varied active role suited to someone who likes working with their hands solving problems and contributing to a positive collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Production (primary function)

Assemble electromechanical products and subassemblies using drawings documents and work instructions

Complete production quality and traceability documentation

Conduct functional testing using provided test jigs

Maintain high quality and safety standards

Identify opportunities for process or cost improvements

Keep the production area clean organised and safe

Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts

Warehouse & stores support (as required)

Receive store and manage incoming goods with accurate inventory control

Pick prepare and supply materials/kits to production

Monitor stock levels and escalate shortages

Pack and prepare outgoing goods including basic freight documentation

Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

About You

Essential

Experience in electrical and/or mechanical panel assembly

Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions in English

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork skills

Right to work in Australia (citizen permanent resident or valid visa)

Desirable

Current forklift licence

Victorian drivers license

Experience with power electronics

Wire crimping and cable preparation skills

Experience in warehouse stores or despatch environments
