Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team in Doha Qatar. As a Contract Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of contract administration ensuring compliance and optimizing our contractual relationships.

• Develop negotiate and manage complex contracts throughout their lifecycle
• Ensure full compliance with contract terms company standards and local regulations
• Lead contract negotiations and support the development of procurement strategies
• Review and analyze contract terms conditions and risks
• Oversee contractor and consultant performance against established KPIs
• Manage the review and processing of change orders claims and disputes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract objectives are met
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients vendors and internal stakeholders
• Implement and maintain contract management systems and processes
• Provide regular reports on contract performance and financial implications
• Stay updated on local and international contract laws and best practices

Qualifications :

• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management Construction Engineering Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of extensive experience in contract management preferably in infrastructure or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial practices
• Proven track record in performance monitoring claims management and commercial reporting
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of Qatars business practices and regulations (preferred)
• Professional certification in contract management (e.g. CCCM CCMA) is a plus
