Overview:
Due to growth Feltz Therapy Services is now hiring an Occupational Therapist Assistant for a pediatric clinic position in Smyrna TN. Full-time is preferred up to 40 hours per week are available. Part-time candidates will also be considered.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.
New grad Occupational Therapist Assistants will be supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Occupational Therapist Assistant hired will work in a dynamic outpatient pediatric setting with the potential for day care and home care visits. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!
Full-time PTs should expect to schedule 32 - 35 patient visits per week.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $50000 - $60000 per year depending on experience with the opportunity to earn more with incentives.

Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 8 am-6 pm. No weekends required. No major holidays! There is some flexibility of the work schedule based on the needs of the clinic and the clinician hired.

Job Requirements:
Eligible for TN state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
Prior pediatric experience is preferred.
New grad OTAs will be supported and mentored.
Full-time is preferred 40 hours per week are available.
Part-time candidates will also be considered.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without restriction.
