- Follow cleaning procedures and job checklists
- Maintain professional standards on-site
- Support team completion of daily scope
- Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Valid drivers license (required)
- Pass background & MVR checks
- Comfortable on ladders and roofs (preferred)
- Pressure washing experience preferred (trainable if strong work ethic)
