What Youll Be Doing
- Lead daily production activities to ensure safe efficient and consistent operations
- Support coach and empower team members to achieve performance and quality goals
- Monitor production data troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate maintenance needs to minimize downtime and optimize reliability
- Maintain compliance with all safety environmental and regulatory standards

- Ability to assess operational priorities and make sound timely decisions
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and proactive risk management

Work Environment
This role works in an industrial/manufacturing environment and requires the ability to move through production areas respond to operational needs and maintain a presence on the plant floor. Personal protective equipment is provided and required.
