What Youll Be Doing
- Lead daily production activities to ensure safe efficient and consistent operations
- Support coach and empower team members to achieve performance and quality goals
- Monitor production data troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate maintenance needs to minimize downtime and optimize reliability
- Maintain compliance with all safety environmental and regulatory standards
What Are We Looking For
Proven leadership capability grounded in aggregates operations with a strong focus on developing highperforming safetydriven teams
Skilled in evaluating production priorities across quarry plant and logistics functions to make sound timely operational decisions
Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence regulatory compliance and proactive risk mitigation in highhazard environments
Effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly with equipment operators maintenance teams quality control and management to ensure alignment and operational continuity
Solutionsoriented mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement across the operation
Work Environment
This role works in an industrial/manufacturing environment and requires the ability to move through production areas respond to operational needs and maintain a presence on the plant floor. Personal protective equipment is provided and required.
