Consultant Contracts Administrator Remote location

Turner & Townsend are looking for a Consultant/Senior Consultant - Contract Administrator with strong experience in a consultancy or contractor organization who has hands on experience of standard forms of contract claims management dispute avoidance and/or dispute resolution within the built environment sectors. With a can do attitude and commercially astute you will be driven results oriented with the ability to provide best in class claims and dispute management advice for our clients.

• Experience in a variety of construction sectors and project type
• Strong contract administration experience
• Strong commercial management experience on major projects
• Experience of FIDIC and other standard form contracts and the relevant processes and procedures
• Experience of compiling claim reports
• Experience of arbitration and/or litigation processes
• Confident in a client facing environment with good presentational skills
• Experience of performance forensics whether from a quantum or delay background
• Application of methodical analytical skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to service delivery under a number of challenging scenarios
• Experience of providing consultancy services on live contracts and projects in distress an advantage
• Able to prepare and support on major bid proposals

Qualifications :

• Must hold a Quantity surveying civil engineering or construction management degree qualificatio
• MSc Construction Law or similar desirable (or currently undertaking)
• MCIArb MCIOB MRICS or FRICS chartered preferred
• Demonstrable track record of providing contract and claims services in the property sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
