Job Duties
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Operations
Manage end-to-end onboarding for clinical new hires
Coordinate health clearances licensure verification credentialing and mandatory education
Collaboration & Communication
Act as liaison between new hires recruiters credentialing occupational health IT and clinical leadership
Communicate onboarding requirements timelines and expectations
Metrics & Reporting
Track onboarding KPIs including
Time to start
Clearance completion rates
Orientation attendance
Onboarding satisfaction feedback
Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
Events & Orientation
Support clinical orientation sessions welcome events and onboarding workshops
Assist with clinical competency days and open houses as assigned
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
35 years of healthcare onboarding HR operations or credentialing experience
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
Salary commensurate with experience within posted range
$47000-$52000/Year
