Job Summary
Are you looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced innovative company Come make history in Amazons Brazil Marketplace team! We are looking for a talented Program Manager to support Marketplace operations and expansion in Brazil.
In this role you will be responsible for managing key programs that improve the seller experience working cross-functionally to launch new features such as carrier integrations and enhance the Inbound website experience and launch new features. Youll collaborate with Product and Business teams to transform ideas into reality driving projects from conception to completion while ensuring all stakeholder needs are met.
As a Program Manager youll leverage your project management expertise to coordinate complex initiatives organize resources effectively and deliver results that positively impact the seller experience. Your organizational skills and innovative thinking will help shape the future of Amazons fulfillment services making it easier for sellers to succeed on our platform.
Key job responsibilities
Manage and prioritize program life-cycles for seller experience improvements often involving complex and cross-functional projects that impact multiple organizations within FBA.
Transform seller feedback into actionable product enhancements by defining project scope setting clear objectives analyzing data and driving quantifiable improvements.
Plan and execute product launches for new features including carrier integrations and inbound website experience improvements ensuring alignment across stakeholders and timely delivery.
Apply relevant project management tools and methodologies to track progress mitigate risks and communicate status to all stakeholders including leadership.
Collaborate with product engineering operations and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues remove blockers and maintain project momentum while making appropriate trade-offs between time quality and resources.
A day in the life
Your typical day involves coordinating with Product teams to launch new features that enhance the seller experience. Youll start with a stand-up meeting to align priorities and address any blockers then dive into project planning sessions for upcoming carrier integrations or inbound website improvements. Throughout the day youll analyze seller feedback data to identify improvement opportunities facilitate cross-team meetings to drive alignment and track project milestones to ensure on-time delivery.

- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product program or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
- Masters degree
