Product Manager Intern

Intrinsic is Alphabets bet aiming to reimagine the potential of industrial robotics. Our team believes that advances in AI perception and simulation will redefine whats possible for industrial robotics in the near future with software and data at the core.

Role

As a Product Management Intern you will gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day activities of a Software Product Manager. You will deliver v1 of a customer-facing dashboard and be responsible for shepherding this feature from research to definition through to production working with cross-functional teams and partners. This is a unique opportunity to build a feature 0-1 with real-world impact.

How your work moves the mission forward

• Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed information on requirements and constraints.
• Research customer needs.
• Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements.
• Coordinate across cross-functional and cross-geographical teams to design scope and build the dashboard.
• Manage feature launch including documentation and other supporting materials.
• Convey the impact of your feature to the rest of the company.

Skills you will need to be successful

• Currently pursuing a Masters or PhD degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Computer Science Engineering Design) or pursuing a relevant Bachelors degree with equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable parts.
• Organized and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
• Integrity that fosters a culture of trust and collaboration.
• Prior experience building user-facing software products/features preferably in B2B.
