This position will include evenings until 8p and weekends and requires prior serving experience.

As aLead Server youll take the next step in hospitality by guiding a team supporting operations and creating a welcoming environment where residents and their families feel at home.
- Lead and train new servers on service standards and expectations.
- Supervise servers manage schedules and support employee development.
- Greet residents and guests warmly take meal orders and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle resident questions or concerns professionally and with care.
- Assist with opening and closing duties oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure all team members complete their tasks efficiently.
- Bridge communication between servers hosts and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
- Support community events and special dining experiences.
- Maintain a clean safe and welcoming dining environment.
- Lead and Make an Impact Guide a team while creating memorable dining experiences for residents.
- Build Meaningful Connections Get to know residents and guests providing service that makes a difference.
- Work-Life Balance Flexible schedules and no late-night shifts.
- Be Part of a Team Collaborate with coworkers leadership and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining operations.

- Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred; leadership experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Positive attitude strong work ethic and genuine passion for helping others.
- Flexibility to work some evenings weekends and holidays.
