Role Summary
As a Machine Operator you are the engine of our production line. You will ensure our high-quality products are sliced weighed and sealed to perfection. We are looking for someone who takes pride in technical precision and thrives in a fast-paced environment where safety and sanitation are the top priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Manage and oversee the operational and safety functions of high-end machinery.
- Documentation: Accurately log production activities using our Product Traceability Computer System.
- Physical Excellence: Frequently lift 30-40 lbs. and maneuver fully loaded meat cages and product bins.
- Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a hazard-free workspace and perform deep-cleaning of machinery using authorized chemicals and required PPE.
- Compliance: Strictly follow all food safety basic hygiene and USDA-related procedures.
