The role:
We are currently looking for a Legal Operations Paralegal to join our growing Accelerator team. This role will be a client-facing role at the forefront of our agent managed services as part of the new agent supervisory remit of the team.
What will you do:
Support delivery of the day-to-day operations of NDA managed services for clients ensuring timely and accurate processing of agreements in line with our SLAs.
Send NDAs to the agent for review and assess the agents output against the clients playbook to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Serve as the subject matter expert on the clients playbook answering queries from other reviewers and providing guidance to ensure consistent application of standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for the client handling day-to-day queries providing updates and managing escalations as required.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations & Advanced Delivery to monitor service delivery ensuring resource levels are appropriately scaled in line with NDA volumes.
Maintain effective communication with our agent partner delivering a feedback loop to drive continuous improvement in agent performance and service quality.
Support the implementation of process enhancements and best practices to optimise the efficiency and quality of the NDA managed service.
Prepare regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders and clients on service performance issues and improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for:
Has a degree equivalent qualification or relatable work experience.
Has2years of experience of working in the legalsectorandexperience of working with legal or other business professionals.
Has experience of drafting and reviewing NDAs.
Thrives in a team environment can multitask and is proactive.
Is technically competent (particularly with Microsoft Office products) and keen to improve legal tech skills.
Has excellent attention to detail.
Has great interpersonal/teamworking skills and also able to work independently.
Can effectively communicate with individuals at all levels and experience.
