Customer Service Uber Driver PH

German English (B2 minimum)

What We Offer:

Net Salary: 33000 TL
Night & Attendance Bonus: 5000 TL monthly (first 2 months)
Meal Card Allowance: 4500 TL (Sodexo/Pluxee)
Private Health Insurance: via Mapfre (employee only; family optional at extra cost)
Flexible Working Hours:
- Monday to Sunday shifts between 11:00 21:00
- Possible shift options: 11:00 20:00 or 11:00 21:00
Remote from anywhere in Turkey work where you are most productive

Your Role:

Provide support to Uber drivers via phone chat and email
Resolve inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently
Ensure a high level of satisfaction in every interaction

What Were Looking For:

Fluent in German English (B2)
Eligible to work in Turkey
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
