Job Description

Lead on-site execution for commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout
Manage subcontractors and daily field activities to hit schedule quality and safety targets
Coordinate inspections punch lists and turnover with a strong focus on quality control
Partner closely with the Project Manager on planning logistics and change management
Run jobsite meetings drive accountability and remove roadblocks quickly
Maintain jobsite documentation (daily reports progress photos safety logs) using Procore or similar
Enforce OSHA best practices and maintain a clean professional jobsite

Qualifications

4 years as a lead Superintendent on commercial construction projects
Experience managing multiple trades schedules and field logistics in live environments
Strong understanding of drawings specs sequencing and construction means/methods
Procore (or similar) preferred
Strong communication leadership and calm problem-solving style
College degree not required; field leadership experience is the priority
Local to the Mansfield CT area (no relocation)
Permanent U.S. work authorization required
