Job Description
- Support and manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors schedules RFIs submittals change orders and project documentation
- Track budgets costs and progress to keep projects on time and on plan
- Partner with superintendents and field teams to drive execution and solve issues fast
- Communicate updates clearly to internal stakeholders subs and clients
- Use Procore (or similar) to keep project information organized and accurate
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in construction project management (PM APM PE Coordinator etc.)
- Experience on commercial or similar projects (ground-up and/or renovations)
- Procore experience preferred (or similar project management software)
- Detail-oriented organized and reliable with strong follow-through
- College degree preferred (not required if experience is strong)
- Local to Mansfield CT area (no relocation)
- Permanent U.S. work authorization required
