About the Role

Join an international team supporting advertisers on social media platforms. As a Sales and Marketing Agent you will act as a trusted digital marketing advisor helping clients optimize campaigns achieve business goals and grow their online presence.

You will evaluate ad performance provide guidance and ensure successful implementation of sales funnel strategies. Your insights will directly influence impactful advertising campaigns and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a digital marketing advisor for B2B advertisers.

• Provide guidance on social media advertising strategies and budgets.

• Analyze campaign performance and implement recommendations.

• Make inbound and outbound calls to advertisers ensuring a smooth client experience.

• Detect trends and optimize campaigns for better results.

• Meet KPIs: successful calls (avg. 24 mins) campaign implementations attendance and pitch rate.

Training

• 4 weeks of fully paid training (2 weeks classroom 2 weeks nesting).

• MondayFriday 09:0017:30 mandatory attendance.

• Shadow experienced colleagues for practical learning.

• Complete Meta Blueprint Certification Course in digital marketing during training.

Working Hours

• 40 hours/week MondayFriday.

• Lunch break: 30 minutes 2x15 min breaks.

Salary & Benefits

• Base: 2750 gross/month

• Performance bonus: up to 625/month (annual 7500)

• Language bonus: 300/month for Dutch
