Develop and execute business development strategies to grow assigned product lines locally and overseas

Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong profit margins

Prepare sales forecasts annual plans and tailored customer proposals

Expand market presence through client visits and new customer acquisition

Build and maintain relationships with OEMs principals and key suppliers

Implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with business objectives

Monitor market trends competitor activity and technology developments

Ensure compliance with ISO management systems

Support team growth through coaching training and knowledge sharing
Requirements
-
Diploma or Degree in Engineering Business or related field
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in engine spare parts sales within marine offshore or oil & gas sectors
-
Strong understanding of marine and energy industry markets
-
Excellent sales negotiation and business development skills
-
Able to work independently under pressure with strong attention to detail
-
Proficient in MS Office
-
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle
-
Willing to travel overseas when required
-
Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
