NeuLife Rehabilitation of Michigan provides rehabilitation and residential services for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Spinal Cord Injuries and Neurological Disorders.
Summary: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst provides oversight of behavioral therapies across the company and works alongside the management team to develop new programs and expand current programs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments on persons served residing within the program.
- Develop and manage comprehensive behavioral approaches and behavioral plans for persons served.
- Provide training to the management team direct care staff etc. as needed on the implementation and documentation of behavioral plans.
- Provide behavioral services representation at person-served team meetings.
- Monitors behavior plan goals and submits progress reports on behavior therapy to the billing department.
- Attend appointments as needed and communicate with the person served team.
- Provides after-hours on-call services if needed for persons served having behavioral issues.
- Meet the weekly expectation of 28 billable client-facing hours.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Behavioral Analysis or related field
- Board Certification as BCBA in the State of Michigan (or willing to obtain Michigan License upon hire)
- Two to five years experience in working with developmentally disabled or catastrophically injured individuals including traumatic brain injury
- Attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize independently
- The ability to multi-task and in a busy office environment
- Proficient customer service skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
