DescriptionWork Schedule:
100% FTE 8-hour shifts. Hours vary: 7:15A-3:45P 7:30A-4P 8A-4:30P. 8:30A-5P OR 9:30A-6P. You will work at UW Health Bell School Rd. Clinic 3535 N. Bell School Rd
Additional components of compensation may include:

Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing Program. Required
- BSN. Preferred
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
Work Experience
- 1 year of Inpatient Outpatient Hospital or Oncology patient care experience. Required
Licenses & Certifications
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required
- ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy certification within 1 year of hire. Required
- OCN Certification preferred within three years of hire. Preferred
- BI-annual CPR certification. Required
