- Process Definition and Manufacturing Readiness with the following deliverables: Layout Line Balance Cell/Line Design Material Presentation Tooling and Fixturing Process Documentation Training and FPY
- Equipment / Technology Selection and Capital Justification / Approval
- Business Unit and Functional KPIs tracking and performance: Scrap Operation Supplies Change Over Standard Hrs
- Cost Reduction Projects
- Lean / Operational System Implementation within Business Unit: Standard Work SMED Poke-Yoke
- Root Cause Analysis Preventive and Corrective Actions Implementation
- Safety & Ergonomics: Responsible to lead (in conjunction with functional team) Job Safety Analysis evaluation to detect correct or mitigate safety risks and exposures
- Training & Development: Operations Training on critical operations process definition routing structure
- Continuous Improvement: Implement at least 1 improvement idea on a monthly basis that impacts Cost Quality or Safety
- Layout Responsible to define and control the layout and distribution of his business unit
QUALIFICATIONS
- Industrial Mechanical Aerospace or Automotive Engineering degree
- 5 years of experience on Metal Mechanic Processes such as Punch Press Bending Forming Welding Brazing Paint Fastening Assembly Electronic or Harnesses processes.
- MRP / ERP
- Lean Manufacturing or Lean Practitioner
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher desired
- CAD fluent Solidworks Inventor CATIA ProE
- Blueprint Reading GD&T Desired
- Core Tools
