Job Summary

Supervise the execution of parts pickup program to assure NMEX production plan achievement. Coordinate last mile operations within NMX plants.
Through analysis execution & application of logistics concepts acting as main contact for leading review and validate logistics operation trials and new logistics flows adoptions.
With high focus on cost and quality always following Nissan way scheme. Operations standardization assuring quality in delivery transit times compliance always in safety conditions.
Performance reports and dashboards development and made decisions in case of abnormal situations always following NMX compliance.

  • Preparation of standard route sheets analysis of alternative routes and rules of action in process deviations.

  • Interview and hire new employees who will be under your responsibility such as drivers training and operation assignments.

  • Creation of Logistics schedules.

  • Increase route efficiency performance.

  • Reengineering in logistics flow

  • Implementation and usage of Fleet Management System

  • Inbound logistics Control Tower main contact

  • Audit and review of the integral maintenance process.

  • Compliance reports

  • Creation and updating of regulations required by SCT for the transportation of parts in full configuration.

  • Data Analysis.

Education

Engineering or bachelors degree related (Industrial/ business management or similar) or higher.

  • Domestic logistics and shipping coordination.

  • Project Management (Scheduling preparation by Gantt Chart)

  • Project execution (Milestone accomplishment/supervision)

  • Incoterms knowledge

  • Certifications and regulations (CTPAT & OEA)

  • Route re-engineering

  • KPI establishment

  • Supply chain management (risk management)

  • Cross docking

  • Direct and milk run logistics schemes.

  • Manufacturing operations knowledge.

  • Process engineering.

  • Logistics operations Tracking

  • Personnel management.
