Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance and support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information
- Identify and assess customer needs to satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Utilize CRM systems and tools to document customer interactions and maintain records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
>Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience in live chat support is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $20.50 to $23.00 per hour
