Minimum Qualifications:
An Associates degree or equivalent work experience with significant experience in general office support is required.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing required.
Experience data base management desktop publishing web development and ability to learn management software preferred.
Prior experience with event conference and meeting planning and post secondary work experience in student affairs highly desired.
Must be able to maintain proficiency and competency in administrative support procedures with the ability to determine priorities organize work to follow through to completion the assignments given.
Must demonstrate the ability to maintain a cooperative flexible and supportive working relationship with a diverse population of students and employees.

Pay: $16.22 an hour
Work Hours:Up to 25 hours per week
