Job Summary

Barista Lead

You could be the Barista Lead for Princes Paisley Park. As Barista Lead you will oversee the day-to-day food and beverage operations of the cafe inside the legendary NPG Music Club at Paisley Park.

Chanhassen Minnesota

40 hours per week. Need to be flexible to work days nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement all food and beverage services operations of NPG Music Club and Paisley Park
Oversee services provided for special events and tours
Take customer orders prepare food and beverage orders
Operate a cash register credit card machine and POS system
Provide world-class customer service
Implement and maintain a pescatarian menu
Place all food beverage and supply orders
Track and maintain inventory
Supervise train and schedule staff
Maintain kitchen equipment
Ensure kitchen and service area are always clean and presentable
Assist with merchandise tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Customer service and barista/restaurant experience
Outgoing and positive approach
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Work well under pressure
Strong planning skills
Ability to multitask
Attention to detail
Able to meet physical requirements of job including using hands and wrists and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Have or be able to obtain certification as a Food Protection Manager from the Minnesota Department of Health
