The Operations Project Manager (f/m) will lead low complexity projects and/or support higher complexity projects and initiatives. Responsible for managing assigned projects through the various stages of the project lifecycle from concept to implementation. This includes supporting the development of SOW functional requirements project plan with milestones and implementation plan.

Define concise goals and objectives within a project framework.
Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are correctly gathered understood and properly translated for execution.
For low complexity projects: recognize project Key Performance Indicators and manage the work within scope quality time and cost constraints.
Conduct project risk reviews and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication with all involved stakeholders and escalate issues to the next level of management when necessary.
Support forecasting of project budget and staffing needs for current and future site requirements.
Lead overall project success for low complexity projects; contribute to success in more complex projects (cost schedule quality scope).
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships (internal and external) as needed for project success.
Understand and exceed customer expectations.
Develop and own the project plan establishing a roadmap with clear dates and deliverables.
Provide regular project updates to the project team relevant departments stakeholders project champions and senior leadership.
Host weekly communication forums to exchange ideas and information including project status issue resolution and changes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmaps and deliverables.
Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria.
Handle all sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Identify and prepare proposals to close gaps and mitigate risks.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations associated with this position.
Comply with all procedures within the companys security policy.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Organize verbal and written ideas clearly using appropriate business style in both Polish and English - required.
Effectively present information to management and/or customer personnel.
Respond promptly to common inquiries or complaints.
Demonstrate high performance orientation and attention to detail.
Ability to build and leverage partnerships implement change and manage projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and email communication.
Advanced PC skills including training and knowledge of Jabils software packages in an integrated system such as SAP.
Bachelors degree required.
Minimum 12 years experience in project management.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Or an equivalent combination of education experience and/or training.
Minimum 3 years experience in Engineering Department.
Good knowledge of SMT and Selective Soldering production.
